Conception one year after treatment

Question:
Dec 2004 I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma Stage IIA. (24 years old) In Jan 05 I began chemo ABVD and ended it in April 05 I recieved 18 days of radiation to neck and chest. I found out I was pregnant on the 1st of April 2006. Are there any risks to my baby? Please, let me know. Thank you.

If you were off chemotherapy and radiation for a whole year prior to conception, there are no data to-date to suggest increased risk of malformations. It will be reasonable to follow the pregnancy with detailed untrasound.
