Question:
We are looking for a diet for control of NVP as mentioned by our family Doctor??
Answer:
There is no special diet since everyone has different likes and dislikes, and triggers for their NVP symptoms. The one main recommendation regarding eating while suffering from NVP which is valid for everyone is to eat small amounts, frequently (hourly), and to avoid an empty stomach (day or night). Drinking a liquid (non-alcoholic) approximately half an hour before or after food intake, is also indicated.
