Question:
I am looking for a simple list of things to try that may reduce or alleviate nausea and vomiting during the early stages of pregnancy other than medications, ie: small, frequent meals/bland foods/safe herbal teas, etc.
Do you have such a list that I can hand out to my clients or know of a resource I can refer to?
Thanks so much!
Answer:
Thanks for your message. Why not review the Q&As under COPING in this forum? You should be able to generate a nice list of strategies from the discussions there.
