Question:
I have been suffering from morning sickness- I would deal with it but it lasts all day! I can't seem to eat anything at all.. Everytime I think about food- I usually end up getting dry heaves..... It's awful, any suggestions, I am about 7-8 weeks, going to the DR's Thursday- worse off I am out of the country so the food here isn't like back home...
Thank you
Answer:
Our most important recommendation when it comes to food is not really what you eat, but how and when you eat. Try small amounts, 1 or 2 bites, every hour or hour and a half, day and night. The idea is to keep something in your stomach all the time. Please review the other Q&As in the Coping section of this Forum.
