Question:
I live in London, UK. I am considering a third pregnancy. I was extremely sick for 4 months with my 2 girls. Can I take your algorithm to my doctor in London or can I get advice from yourselves. It appears that the specialists in sickness are yourselves and the HER foundation in America. I can't bear the thought of another incapacitating pregnancy can you help.
Answer:
You can discuss our NVP treatment algorithm with you doctor. Most medications or their equivalent are available in other countries. Our main suggestions it to treat symptoms immediately at the first hint of nausea and also take vitamin B6 ahead of the pregnancy (we suggest 25 mg up to three time per day).
