Question:
I am 11 weeks pregnant and very sick. I vomit several times a day. I was the same my last pregnancy. I am also nursing my 8 month old baby. Is it safe for me to take diclectin for my nursing baby. Thanks

Answer:
It is safe for you to take Diclectin and nurse your 8 month old baby because very little of the drug actually gets into the breastmilk. Therefore the amount that the baby will ingest is so minimal as to have no adverse effects.
