Date: 2006-08-14

Question:
how safe is zofran during pregnancy for nausea

Answer:
Zofran is considered safe to use in pregnancy. There have been several small studies as well as a large one from Motherisk with almost 200 women, that did not find an increased risk for major malformations or other adverse effects when women took it during pregnancy to treat NVP.
