Hi, im 26 and had baby girl 1 year plus. And, now convise for 2nd baby.Im 2 months now. Morning sickness is very worse for me. Feel so tired after work and much spen time with family. Pls help how do i can prevent this vomiting?Since foods im Malaysia are well known for spicy and fires things.Pls help
