Question:
hi,
i am 11 weeks pregnant. I experience a lot of morning sickness, nausea and also vomiting throughout the day.I have noticed that i vomit for sure when i take my pre natal vitamins.(PREGVIT) I have tried skipping a few doses of the vitamins and that definitely prevents vomiting.Should i take a break from the vitamins or what do you suggest?
Answer:
If you find that not taking the vitamins helps ease your NVP then stop taking them for awhile until
you feel better. This will not hurt you or the baby, especially if you are eating a well balanced diet.
