Question:
is ondansetron safe for treatment of nausea and voniting of pregnancy when all other meds have failed.
Answer:
Ondansetron is used commonly for the treatment of severe NVP.
Studies did not find an increase risk for major malformations or other
adverse effects on infants whose mothers took this drug as directed in pregnancy.
